Vine planted on a dome facing East-West.

SOIL: CSmall limestone scree dating from the Kimmeridgian, eroded by the wind and the rain which affects this very exposed plot.

SOIL: soil dating from the Kimmeridgian, composed of “serres” (limestone geological formation shaped as extremely draining plates).
